During the past year and a half, we have made numerous awesome changes throughout our website. And, the best of all, hosting plan prices remain the same!

This puts us more in line with competitors while making our higher quality servers and North American customer support much more valuable.

Notes:

  1. Reminder for WordPress-optimized plans only: Previously, purchasing additional disk space gave 1 GB extra per 5 USD. This has been increased to 5 GB extra per 5 USD.
  2. For all plans: If you choose to pay annually, you get a discount! Most plans also have discounts for payments made quarterly or semi-annually.
  3. We can create custom plans for you, such as lower disk space for lower pricing, higher disk space for higher pricing, and so on, so please contact us with your needs and we'll see what we can do.

 

FAQ

Q. What if my account is currently over the package limits?
A. If that's the case, we might upgrade you to the next package so your site remains online. Per our ToS, we don't allow the storage of archived files (zip files) on hosting accounts. Generally, these are backup files and will be removed first to verify if the package requires an upgrade. The reason for that is because we have our own daily backups. You can backup your website, download the backup to your computer, and then delete it off the server.

Q. Will I be notified if I'm close to my disk and bandwidth limits?
A. Yes, but please ensure your email address is set correctly in your cPanel under Contact Information so those will reach you at the correct email address. If it's not there, you will not be notified.

Q. Will I be notified if my site is suspended?
A. Yes, we send out multiple emails leading up to any suspension. Once a site is suspended, we send one last email and we may also attempt to reach you by automated or manual phone call, text message, or ticket depending on your contact preferences.
